RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Raww.LDN order, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Changed your mind?

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you've told us you'd like to make a return, you'll then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Free from marks, make-up, deodorant, perfume or other signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging where possible

You can try items on as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the amount refunded if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to check its fit, appearance and condition.

How to make a return

Contact us at hello@rawwldn.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Your name
Order number
Item you wish to return

We will then send you the return instructions.

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier if you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Where you cancel your full online order under your statutory cancellation rights, the refund will also include the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for premium or express delivery does not have to be refunded above the cost of standard delivery.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

We're really sorry if something isn't right with your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rawwldn.com, with your order number and photos showing the issue.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory rights may entitle you to a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of certain sealed items once the seal has been broken, where the law permits this exclusion.

Personalised or custom-made items may also be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right, unless they are faulty or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We currently recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the size or style you would prefer.
